  • I am right there with you. I dropped from 322lbs down to 208lbs over the course of about 10 months. In early June I had a bad week and realized I'd only gained a couple pounds (Normally a BAD week for me means +10lbs on the scale). The rest of June I didn't focus too well on diet or exercise and found myself up about 10lbs…
  • You can do it, but you have to resolve yourself that it will take time and you CANNOT give up when you don't lose as much weight as you expect or you have a day where you do not stick to your diet. It's going to take time. It's going to take hard work. It will be worth it. I've lost 100lbs thus far and have about 30 to go.…
  • Wow...that is incredible. Keep up the good work.

  • A few guys in my office saw the results that I was having on the Juice Fast (Along with my co-worker Kevin, who is also joining me) and they wanted to get similar results so they drink a Superfood Odwalla Green Juice for their morning breakfast -- they rave about the results.
  • I'm not a big fan of 'Fad Diets' and such but I saw a movie on Netflix back in late July called "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead". In that movie an Australian films himself on a 60 Day Juice Cleanse and does it supervised by several doctors, including MDs. The science goes that when you take in large amounts of micro-nutrients…
  • Thank you. That helps me to see that they are safely between 8-20 calories per OZ of juice. I drink 60 - 70 OZ of juice per day so on the VERY high end I'm getting 1400 calories per day. On the low end I'm only getting 500 -- so I shouldn't fear that Orange Juice I look forward to in the morning :) I've only got 5 days of…
