Well my first month- month and a half of my healthier life style ( I think that sounds better than diet ) I lost only a pd to pd and a half per week. I've up'ed my exercise time per day and it's been coming off faster. I'll make my goal 3pds/wk for the 3 wks before Thanksgiving. May not reach it, but I like the challenge…

Welcome! SAHM here too of a 4yr old & 2 1/2 yr old twins. It can be tough squeezing in the time but we are so worth it. What a great gift we can give our children, a healthier mom!
