Need Bra Help from those that have lost a lot of weight
Ok, so I've lost 104lbs!! Woohoo. Unfortunately I lost a lot of boob. Lol When I started this journey I was a G now I'm a C cup. My problem is that I have that extra skin thin going on under my arms where the bra straps wrap around my body. Does anyone have suggestions of bras that help hide some of this problem?

Need help entering a recipe
I have a recipe that includes dipping chicken in egg whites and then into a crumb mixture. What's the best way to enter this? If I just enter it as an ingredient, it will be adding too many calories.
