Resistance vs. Incline

Which one, if either, is it better to increase on a regular basis? Every week I try to increase one of these. Just wondering if one should be concentrated on more than the other.

You're talking elliptical, right?
For elliptical, i think the incline affects what muscles groups are doing the most work (High inclines - glutes and quads, low inclines, calves/hamstrings/quads/glutes all working), and the resistance will greater affect the intensity of the workout (IMO).0 -
