my act6ivity level is at sedentary cuz i like to input it myself im a full time mum, i dont eat out either i plan all my meals at home

i dont have a scale at home cu\z i know i would obsess about it too much i use the one in my local pharmacy

hun im a really fussy eater and i do try and get my veg in where i can, just lately tho i havent been able to do food shop til next wednesday which is why im substituting for higher calorie foods but still working out to make sure i dont go over my calories

i have lost about 6 inches all over in the first few weeks but nothing since if anything i have gained an inch on my thighs im hoping its muscle mass

sit with a glass of water and sip it every so often or maybe chew some gum to keep your mouth busy while u do it??

aww thats great also the 1lb gain is probably due to that time of month lots of women gain temporally during this time. keep it up :):)

mine changes drastically every day one day it will say 10 pounds the next 5 lol so i dont bother with it

iv lost 1lb this week and have started my cycle today but will still be weighing next week to see how much i lose or gain but i wont be worried cuz i know that it will be down to TOM.

you are definately not eating the right kinds of food, too many calories in them therefore making you go over everyday. if you wanna lose weight you need to work at it, certainly didnt put weight on overnight and it wont come over overnight its a long proccess but if you are serious about losing it and stay under your…

baked potato's can always have something different in them each time you have them. im quite a fussy eater so i still eat what i want in moderation. as for snacks i get low fat yogurts, healthier crisps, i.e weight watchers or velvet crunch. and cereal bars chewee and tracker bars not sure if you get them where you are…

i think its an unhealthy attitude to look at working out just so you eat more. i eat more if im hungry if i have worked out. i work out to tone up and to feel better within myself knowing that i am getting healthier. i dont always eat my exercise calories only if i feel like i need to eat something else

if you drink it in moderation i think no, i think they reason alot of people cut out tea and coffee is cuz of the caffeine in it, i used to drink a lot but i have 2 cups a day now, 1 when i get up (cuz i really need it to wake up lol ) and 1 with my snack in the evening

sounds to me like he is getting worried than you will look better and no long wanna be with him. hes the one with the issues not you. tell him you are doing this for yourself that you wanna feel and look better for him no one else. if hes not happy with that then to me hes not worth your time

i would only start deleting friends that i notice that havent been on if i was almost at my limit for friends. if it was me i would give it a couple of months, i had noticed that i lost a few from not coming on for over a month but cant remember names to re add them again :(

i have cheat meals but i dont allow myself to go over calories if i have worked out alot that day then i treat myself to a more caloric meal than normal but cause i have the exercise calories i dont have to go over and its guilt free.

are you sure you have set your goals right? 2000 calories is the calorie intake allowance for women not trying to lose weight its the daily allowance, im on 1200 calories a day if i exercise i can bump it up and have some more.

im still walking around and everything but some of my workouts can be quite intense i will be getting bck to it tomorrow tho feel really lazy today not really doing anything.

its not a major injury i dont think just sore enough that i cant bend it, i dont go to a gym i workout at home most of my workouts come from dance dvds,
