im confused iv bought a packet of noodles from lidl earlier this afternoon on the nutrition values it says 141 cals per 100g cooked this packet is 108g then right beside it say 287 calories per 1/2 packed cooked half of the 108g which one is it???? obviously if i were to go for the 100g cooked i would have to alter it to…

i havent worked in 3 years since before i had my second child. iv recently got a cleaning job always has me sweating by the time i finish. its only between an hour and an hour an a half each morning. its vigarous cleaning scrubbing floors e.t.c would u count this as exercise calories?
