I have been on mfp for around 5 years I am only starting up again and seems some of my friends are no longer active. Would love to have more friends for motivation by seeing how well you are all doing. :smile:

im 5 ft 7 my goal weight is set to 130 im gunna get to 140 first tho and see if i need to lose anything else after that :)

i tried them the first time i tried to lose weight and lost 14lbs the first week, im guessing alot of that is water weight. dont think they really work tho. but if you believe that when you are taking them that its helping you lose weight i dont think thats a bad thing. placebo effect

i agree with the first reponse, if you have a mircowave in work get a can of soup and heat it up i always have tomato soup. :)

i usually have a low fat yogurt and a cereal bar, if you find your loading on the sugar unto cereals maybe try switching to a sweetner?

it is true that some people can still lose, for me i didnt lose i didnt gain but for the majority of women they do gain slighty thruout that week

iv been losing both weight and inches but 30 day shred is not my only workout that i do in the day i always do it with zumba or walking or dance mat game i have. stick at it your probably building muscle you will eventually see the scale drop. i bet your legs feel stronger tho?? better endurance? i know i feel alot better…

could be possible that your scale is broken, is it a digital scale? also i find that when over eating one night every few weeks boosts my metabolism and i lose a bit more

http://www.women-workout-routines.com/free-workout-routines.html i used to work out to this website when i was starting out, before i got my 30 day shred and zumba dvd's definately good work outs and the titles tell you which body parts your working out :)

i think it does but they dont have a setting for it. there is a setting for walking pushing a stroller but its the same as walking 2.0 mph so when im out with the pushchair i just log it as im walking without one. for a more acurate reading it would be best to wear a heart rate monitor

it is a good workout really intense, im only on day 5 level 1 have yet to try the other 2 levels but it does work can definately feel the burn the day after i have day to take a 1 day break from it cuz i needed to let my muscles rest lol

if it is just water they are absorbing why would it have more calories when water doesnt have calories? lol

should it all plateau after just a month tho??? i remember the first time i started i lost 14 pounds in the first week and i know it was probably mostly water weight but to lose just 3lbs in 1 month after seems a little low x
