Both are bad. I work in a vascular surgeon's office and see the effects of smoking on a daily basis. Lots of people having strokes due to carotid artery stenosis and can barely walk due to blockage in their legs which can also lead to amputation.

We're doing great! I was due Oct 2nd and had my baby Sept 20th. I ended up quitting my job to stay home with her. I'm enjoying it so much. She's so much fun! I'm getting really close to prepregnancy weight but these last few pounds just don't want to come off!

I've been using random exercises for logging bc I have no idea how many calories I'm actually burning. I've used aerobics, jumping jacks, and pushups so far for my logging.

Yeah today about killed me! I definitely had to do a few modifications to get through it! I don't know if I'll be able to wait that long to weigh myself bc I usually weigh quite often too.

I have a one month old and logged most of my pregnancy. I haven't started logging again yet but plan to very soon. I have about 10 or so pounds left to be at my goal weight. Feel free to add me! Your baby is so cute!

I would definitely stock up on diapers and wipes but not formula since you don't know what your baby will be able to take.

Exclusively pumping sucks!!! I just went through trying to breastfeed and she wouldn't latch so had to just pump then give it to her and it's so time consuming and stressful. It's bad enough to have to feed them every 2 to 3 hours but also trying to find time to pump in there too is just terrible IMO. I lasted 2 weeks and…

I think I have one pair of jeans that fit me right now. I bought them while pregnant during my in between stage. I'm hoping I can just wear them for now until I can fit back into my other jeans.
