i do things the same as you and i've lost 50......but ive wondered if it matters because my weightloss has kinda stopped....i eat light all day long and save majority of cals for dinner because my husband is picky and hard to cook for!!

i discovered the green tea mixed berry by Lipton. I'm in love and they have other flavors too! Tea is my new to-go to drink other than water. no more coffee b/c i cant drink it black!

i found that Ocean Spray makes a to-go powder (like crystal light) and their flavors are strong but gives me that sweetness i need like in real juice without the calories or sugar!

i had lost 30 and was still wearing the same size 20s i had worn for nearly 3 years...i didnt see the change (I felt better about myself but just didnt see visible results) but others did. I didnt realize what I had actually lost til i tried on the size 16s I had in my closet and they fit!!! I thought i was no where close…

i do my own workout with the treadmill and weights then if i play with the kids (we have the dance for kids) and i have a hrm that I use for it all. best way to get the most accuracy

i really have no idea about the bmr. i read something earlier about having it set the same and then making sure to eat those exercise calories back...there's alot of talk on that and i've been doing good to eat mine back but not seeing loss yet so im not sure!
