  • You are not alone, I too have returned to Myfitnesspal for the motivation and commitment. I have tried like all the others but can't seem to stay focused consistently. This time I will access this blog daily and not try to lose weight on my own without support. Hang in there we will win this battle.
  • I would like to join the August walking challenge. This is my first time joining a team challenge. I lead a sedentary lifestyle and have over 40 lbs to lose. What are the rules?
  • I am new to the message board but i found your comments regarding the mini goals quite appropriate and I plan to apply that philosophy. Often times I set my goal at the higher end and when I don't reach that goal I am discouraged and feel like a failure. thanks for the logical reasoning. wpodenton
