I have before but don't think its an awesome idea because I think that is part of the base calories myftnesspal gives me to eat everyday knowing I will burn it off doing daily life.

they are for sure encouraging! I would much rather have magazines around that reflect fit bodies and not just skinny bodies.

Crazy! My grandfather actually had his first heart attack on Thanksgiving years ago. The Doctors is a great show!
