I have always struggled from severe acne. I use tea tree oil on my skin. You can get it at any health food store. I just drop some on a cotton ball and rub it all over. It works better then any cream I have tried.

Thanks everyone! I'm not so worried about the drinking... I'm not really a big drinker and if I do drink it's usually a glass of wine or beer with dinner. I guess I am more worried about the eating and the calories. I have only been at this for a week and am just a little nervous about the unstructured weekend.

I am 5'2 and my doctor told me for that height anywhere between 105-136 is "healthy. I find I look my best around 125-130. It depends on your body... but that gives you a pretty decent range of what considered medically healthy.

I couldn't get over the smell of them when you open the pack. Your have to rinse them very very well. The liquid they store them in smells horrible. I couldn't get it out of my head.

I think I'm going to start out with the hybrid just so I don't get bored. I like the idea of the strength training but I love the energy and fun of turbo fire. I'm addicted to infomercials so I already own both programs :). I suppose I can always add/take away as I need!
