MY doctor told me to add 500 calories a day. And to not regularly eat below that because then you are compromising the nutritional value of your milk for the baby. Focus on eating clean, healthy meals.

women's sizes are crazy. You can be all over the place depending on the store you buy your jeans from. I'm 5'2 164 size 10-12 depending on where they are from. When I was 120 I was a size 0. It really depends on each person/brand of jeans.

I think it depends on where the sugar is coming from. Is it coming from an apple or a candy bar? If it's from the apple I wouldn't stress but if it's from candy and soda and white starch, then it might be a problem....

Me my mom and my brother all did it. My Dr. told me that anything under 1100 calories a day is considered anorexic. So if every day you are eating under that, it's not good. Your body can't function properly.

umm... my mom would have KILLED me if I showed up to my Senior pictures in that! haha That's way too much. My school has guideline for the one that had to e in the yearbook. It could just be a head shot. If you didn't have one taken, your picture didn't go in the yearbook.

Def depends on the instructor! I went to a couple and the instructor was not great. The music was slow and the workout was slow. I didn't even break a sweat. depends on what you like I guess. Some instructors have face paced new music and go hard... thats what I like

Left heavy. It won't bulk you up unless you are eating a ton. Muscle burns fat and if you lift heavy a few days a week you will see much faster results then lifting light every day.

I snack all day (on healthy things) and when I do I notice the weight loss. I sit all day for work so if I eat a big meal it's torture. So I break it up and eat something small every 2 hours or so!
