My husband did this and he did lose a lot of weight but has unfortunately put it all back on now with extra. I tried and didn't even last the day. I just can't do starving.

Hey, I'm on day 4 of 21 day fix :-) I have a heart rate monitor which I use to work out calories burned. I work my butt off but it doesn't seem to burn much, only 163 cals last night on lower fix BUT I'm pretty sure when you use weights you burn calories but because you aren't moving like you do during cardio your heart…

Hi, I have 5 kids too. Ranging from 12 down to 14 months. I'm doing insanity at the moment, just at home. Usually when the youngest naps but sometimes I can't get anything done until they are in bed at night. I'm determined though!

That's exactly what I'm logging and Insanity set me 2000 calories. Only done this for a few days though so no change yet. I was previously only eating 1200 which I think must of been too low

No it doesn't matter I suppose but I am yet to fit into the size I want so I'm not happy. I've had 5 children and I'm trying to get back into my uk size 10 jeans (I'm a large 12 at the moment). I used to weigh around 125-130lbs but I weigh 151lbs now

Thanks, I'm sure I did read about that somewhere. If my body is retaining water because of exercise, will drinking more water help? I'm trying to drink around 1200mls a day.

I'm doing it. On day 10, having loads of fun with it and I can feel my fitness level improving but I'm not losing much weight. I think I'm doing something wrong with the nutrition side of it though.

I've just started insanity too. It is a killer but I feel amazing after it. If you're hungry, I would eat. Oatcakes with houmous is my fill me up snack. Low calorie but low gi, so keeps you full and releases energy slowly. Houmous is good for protein too. :-)
