I am suprised that no one has suggested an FN Five Seven. they meet your requirements but they are pretty expensive. could be hard to find too. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FN_Five-seven

not sure if anyone has suggested it but fortified skim milk is just like 2% or maybe heavier. that is what i always get.

Disney was one of my motivators... some of the rides were too small for my fat a**. the harness and the seat belts are not fat people friendly. :( F! i still think about it! i am heading to the gym...
