I like your idea and the goals you have set.. I am also actively trying for our rainbow after I lost my son in July, I now need to lose the pregnancy weight before I can get pregnant again... I have started eating healthy, drinking lots of water and doing the 30 day shred, pilates.. Friend me in.. and good luck...

I am doing the 30DS so sometimes wonder should I continue after ovulation, I am just scared... I am wanting to get pregnant soon and just don't want to cause any problems to it... I get the fact that exercise in TWW is good, at least that makes me feel satisfied so dont want to quit either..

I would say go for Tandoori Chicken or any other kind of meat kabobs, salads, avoid the sauce as they mostly contain cream or saturated fat like ghee/butter. Happy eating !!

I am starting the 30DS today.. and already scared.. Hoping I will not quit soon.. I am not a big exerciser, specially cardio, I tend to quit very easily. I am more into walking and pilates.
