Starbucks' Ginger Molasses Cookies - they are 390 calories each (in Canada). Sure they're a large cookie, but seriously.

I do as well, and rather than not jog, I got a great, supportive running bra. It's called the Shock Absorber. I believe the style I have is the Active Multi Sports bra, but they have the Ultimate Run Bra as well. These styles both have double clasps and the best support for the busty I've ever experienced. I've also heard…

First: Mötley Crüe (November 1987) Last: The Black Keys (May 2012) Next: Red Hot Chili Peppers (November 2012) At least, that's who I have tickets for next. I go to a lot of concerts, so there could be something before then.

There are many I like, but Market Spice and Bengal Spice are my absolute favourites. It does depend on the blend of Market Spice though, some are not as pleasing as others.

This! Keep it short and neat, and ditch the gel and highlights. If he's balding, shave it. It looks so much nicer than trying to pretend (and you're not fooling anyone!) No beards either - beards are for lumberjacks and leprechauns.

Speaking of vegan athletes and thriving, Brendan Brazier is a professional triathelete who is vegan . His book, the Thrive Diet, talks about his journey as an athlete and his endeavours to find the optimal diet to fuel your body. He supports a whole foods, plant based diet, which I have been following, for the most part,…

This is my board for healthy, vegan, and primarily gluten-free recipes: http://pinterest.com/heatherdietrich/the-vegan-experiment/ I have several other boards, but they haven't anything to do with health & fitness.

True Story. Every single one on the list, and more!

I have a friend who bought an elliptical and had the same situation - she could only work out for so long before her heart rate was through the roof and needed a break. The way she decided to approach it was to treat it like a video game; every time she gets on she tries her best to "beat" her "top score". She's doing…

I agree! I find myself jumping around for no real reason or running places just to increase my activity level. It's a good motivator.

Right now it's still in beta testing, but they've got programming worked out so that MFP and Fitbit talk, and Fitbit will adjust your exercise level based on your workout. So, for example, if you log 30 minutes of running to MFP and it gives you 300 calories, your Fitbit will adjust it up if you actually worked harder. It…

I use the Fitbit Ultra, but it's not a HRM. It tracks your steps, stairs, calories and sleep patterns, but not your heart rate. I like it though, it's great to track your real activity.

I'm already doing the 100 Pushup Challenge, which I'll be finished mid-January - from my knees. I'll add this one and try it from my toes!
-
Everything starts with one something!
-
Excellent! I love the sit ups too, but push ups be damned! I'm doing them on the floor, but from my knees. I think once I'm done I'll start all over from my toes.

Week 2! Anyone feeling stronger??
-
It's Day 1, for anyone who has decided to join me! You should have done your assessment tests by now and have begun (or plan to begin) today. I started with what I hate most, push ups. I can tell you this: I still hate them!
-
It's only ten minutes a day! You can squeeze that in anywhere :)

I agree. It would help to have some healthy meal ideas and how to make them. In the meantime, there is a Group called "Recipe Swap" that has a lot of good recipes, instructions and most people post the nutritional information as well.

This is what is says when you say that you'd like to submit it: "We are currently accepting submissions to the MyFitnessPal recipe database. Once we receive enough submissions, we'll create a recipe section where users can browse recipes submitted by other members. Until then, you can To submit your recipe to the database,…

Looking at your diary, you really don't eat enough. I went back a couple weeks and on the days when you are logging (assuming you're logging everything on those days) you're sometimes only eating half of your recommended daily intake and pretty much never meeting it. You're putting your body into starvation mode, and if…

Oddly, I got a very similar email at a work once, apologizing for the "incontinence" they caused. I think people need to learn to stop letting spell check spell for them.

Nobody is answering anyone angrily, I never have and I never will. When presented with the metaphorical donut, I simply offer my thanks, sometimes with a bit of sarcasm about my *kitten*. No, I'm not a "glass half empty" person, nor do I think the world is out to get me, or whatever the army of rats the cellar reference is…

5.6" and dangerously curvy! I'm about three sizes difference between bottom and top - dresses or button-up tops, forget about it.

I drink vodka soda, with a slice of lime. Zero calories from the mix, it keeps you hydrated and no sugar = no hangover.

Definitely lower in calories than beef, but I'm not sure beef would be a good fit with this recipe anyway. I'd stick to chicken if you're going to add a protein. It would be great vegetarian as well. The pan is a standard size you would use for lasagna - 8" x 13", I believe, cut into six servings - usually I would cut it…
