just did my first day at level 1. i'm liking it more than 30 day shred so far. seems like there's more of a variety and i like how there's a level for each week so you only have to do each level for 5-7 days instead of having to do it 10 days in a row(gets a little boring). i also like how the cool down is a little longer…

day 23 level 3 done! feels good to get it done early in the day rather than waiting right before i go to bed. i've got a week left but i think i'll post my measurements tonight. hopefully the results so far will encourage me to keep going

day 22, level 3 done. only 8 more days more for me. congrats on all those finishing tomorrow! that took a lot of motivation to get a workout in every day and you should feel really proud of yourselves!

Just did the Detroit Free Press Marathon (did the relay with my friends). We had a lot of fun! One of my friends got to run on the bridge to Canada and my other friend rather through the tunnel, pretty cool! this was my first time running in an event so i don't know how it compares to other marathons but it seemed well…

just finished day 18 level 2. ripped in 30 after this sounds like a great idea! it's a lot easier to keep up with the workouts when you have so many people doing it along with you. i've had the shred dvd for a year but never stuck with the 30 day program and would have never made it to level 3 on my own. a little worried…

just did day 17 level 3. level 3 is my favorite but i'm thinking maybe i should switch between the levels different days so i don't get bored and i won't be working the same muscles that way

did day 14 level 3 today. fell a few days behind because i was on vacation. will try to catch up by doing 2 some days or at least try to not fall more behind. congrats to those who have kept up with it everyday!
-
day 13, level 3 complete. 2 more days till i'm half way there although leaving for vacation tomorrow so its gonna be really hard to push myself to do my workout for the next 7 days. we'll see what happens. if i get behind i can always double it up for a few days when i get back.

i always weigh myself right after i wake up and go to the bathroom. i've weighed myself multiple times in one day and the morning weight is always the lightest.

day 12, level 3 complete. it was my first time trying level 3(was getting bored with level 2) and i definitely felt the burn. stuck with the easier moves this time, planning on slowly working my way up to doing the harder moves in the next couple weeks.

she's just jealous! she wishes she could lose that much. 15 pounds since labor day is a reasonable amount of time. not everyone can lose weight that fast but plenty of people can lose that much in a healthy way depending how how well they stick to their diet and exercise. who cares what she thinks anyway! enjoy your much…

sure, i'll add you and we can motivate each other!

melmarie4...................................12..............................02..................................10..................................00 leobaby i've actually only done 11 total workouts. 2 on level 1 and 9 on level 2. just wanted to keep an accurate record in case i lose count. thanks for keeping track of…

level 2 day 10 complete. feeling great about keeping up with this. great job everyone!

good to know! i figured it be harder to log cause it won't be easy to find calorie info for the things i'm eating. if i eat mindfully like you did, it won't be bad to take a few days off from logging. as long as im not gaining weight i won't mind and it seems like the key is to fitting a lot of walking in. thanks!

Ya i'm going to st. thomas! so excited :) i was thinking taking walks on the beach would be a fun way to get some exercise in. that's a good point about the sand being good resistance, didn't think about that. i guess i don't need to get really intense workouts in, just doing a little is better than nothing and sight…

sorry to be confusing :( i've done level 1 two times, and level 2 seven times. thanks so much for keeping track! makes me more motivated to get my shred in for the day
-
just finished day 4 level 2 :)
-
day 3 level 2 completed! (technically day 8 for me) finally able to stick with natalie for most of the workout. didn't think level 2 would ever get easier for me but now i think im almost ready to try level 3 :)

Day 2 level 1 completed! My legs are so sore right now! Those lunges are intense! Can't wait to see what my legs will look like at the end of this :) if anyone needs extra motivation feel free to add me. I know seeing the other shredders getting their workout in for the day pushes me to get mine in!
