yep! I totally get you. I suggest you SLOW DOWN and try to make one simple change per week. Like for this week, say no to sweet stuff, but eat the other things you want. Then next week, say no to sweet stuff, and maybe no alcohol.

I am a new mom - just adopted a little boy who is now 10 months old. I am adjusting to everything - we've had him 4 months now - and it is HARD to be healthy when I am SOOOOOO tired. But at the same time I am finding i NEED to be healthy because the energy is important. Any suggestions???
