  • I can weigh myself before I eat chinese food and then again after and see a 3 to 5 lbs increase. It normally takes about 2 to 3 days of good eating and hard exercise to get rid of the extra pounds.

  • it's pretty tough start with lower weight than you think you will need. Other than that it's pretty quck just keep reminding yourself it's only 30 minutes and you'll get through.

  • I notice when I eat sodium the next day my weight can be up almost 5 lbs. Then it takes about 2 to 3 days to go back down. I have also started tracking my sodium. I eat lots of salads and those are fine but the salad dressings contain lots of sodium. I think I will look for some sodium free dressing or make my own.

  • I weigh myself on my bathroom scale and get on 3 times because it can change within a few seconds. I alway take the lowest weight.

  • I feel the same way you do. I rarely see my weight loss and I've lost over 20 lbs. Everyone else sees it and says you look great and I'm like I'm no where near where I want to be. I still look "fat" to me.
