Scales? Wii?? Something Else???

I just wondered where everyone weighs themselves and what you think is most accurate?
I have been using the Wii to weigh myself and track my weight so far. I thought this was pretty accurate vs. how I feel.
We also do have some scales in the bathroom but I never use these...mainly as they say I am THREE WHOLE KILOS heavier than it says I am on the Wii!!  (Not sure if to laugh or cry...generally just forget they are there!)
Then I got weighed at the nurses office yesterday. Wasn't looking forward to this as after some of the recent posts I was starting to panic the Wii was weighing me lighter than I am. But at the nurses office - I was almost 2kg lighter than my "Wii weight" - I skipped home happily and weighed myself on the Wii again but had only dropped 1lb (confusing with the whole lb/kg thing!) not the miraculous 2kg!
I know that it doesn't really matter with regards to tracking my progress, so long as I weigh myself in the same place each time (so I'll probably stick with Wii weigh ins on a Friday/Saturday) - but now I am quite intrigued as to what is most accurate....what is my weight really??

I tend to record my Wii weight. I weigh myself every morning when I wake up on my regular bathroom scale. I find that scale will add and subtract 3lbs either way within a matter of minutes, When I do the Wii it doesn't fluctuate like my other scale so I use that to track my weight on here. I wish I had a really good bathroom scale, I imagine the Wii is just as good though.
I think if you stick with the same one from the beginning it shouldn't matter what else the all read. Ever scale will be different anyway.0 -
I use my bathroom scale because thats what I started using and having been tracking with this whole time. When I do get on the Wii it usually weighs me about 1 lb less then my scale. I figure its because when it subtracts for clothing when clothes don't really weigh that much where as when I jump on my bathroom scale, I do it naked!0

I had the same issue, I bought new scales in the hope they'd be better and they put me about 2kg heavier than my old ones. I then started getting obsessed with their accuracy, until I tried the Wii fit ones and they agreed to the new scale. I then had to amend all of my old start weights upwards so my weight loss to date is still correct.
Scales are such a nuisance, the bottom line is to trust your old faithful and take any other methods with a pinch of salt. x0 -
I weigh myself on my bathroom scale and get on 3 times because it can change within a few seconds. I alway take the lowest weight.0

I dont have a WII board so there for I do not weigh myself through the Wii. If I did have a Wii I wouldnt anyway bc really its just a video game system. Yes it can help but really its not really built like a scale. I weigh myself once a week at the gym that way I know its the same scale and same time each week. I dont weigh myself multiple times a day or week bc you can get so absorbed in the number you lose the site of your goal.0
