I am up at 4:45am everyday (except for rest day) for my training workouts. My wife works out in the afternoons when she comes home from work. She just can't do the morning workout.

Break out the bike, get the running shoes on, pop in a work out DVD, or just relax it's Sunday! One day should not make or break you, you may just need to work out harder the next few days that's all.

You should also check out Tap Out XT. I have lost 16lbs in 8 weeks and I have build back a good amount of muscle with the resistance bands. Started at 285lbs down to 269lbs. Hope you find what will work best for you.
