  • Finally did the 2 x 10 minute run - on my app is week 6, day 1. I never thought I could do the second 10minute run, but I did it!! Ya-hoo! feeling great, though very tired. It helped to have this group to egg me on. Thanks!!

  • 30 day shred - nothing to be sneezed at! Having read the stuff abut 'fast exercise' I think the 'intervals' in shred conform entirely! I will do my run this afternoon.

  • Great - any particular tracks? I have a funny playlist that I have put together that has anything from the new Happy, to born to run, stones' brown sugar' and triple j's 2013 top 20! so it is a little idiosyncratic!! I am always in the mood for a new playlist!

  • I did it -- got spooked yesterday by week 5, day 1 where it is 5,6,5 minute run and couldn't do the final 5. Today, I did it. took the speed down, allowed myself the chance that to just take it as it comes and go as long as I could.... Thanks for getting us on here together.
