I would start out training three times a week.. maybe work upper body one day lower body the next? give each a day inbetween. make sure you stretch afterwards, maybe lactic acid build up? Hope it doesnt deter you... keep up the good work

sorry, the trainer that I hired at my fitness center directed the patrons this way. The way he explained it to my customers was higher weights = ripping...

use less weight, more reps to tone, more weight less reps to bulk... make sure when you do your bicep curls to fully extend your arm as well. this makes sure your muscles work entirely, thats why you see guys walking around like apes with their arms half bent... they dont fullly extend... hope this helps!

I eat oatmeal every morning. Instead of milk and sugar I put in a scoop of vanilla fat free ice cream.. Nice flavor and my brain feels like Im cheating..

I finished day three this morning. Last week, I couldnt even do half of day one! Today I rocked the treadmill and had no problem at all! Its amazing how quickly it becomes easier! Lets keep up the good work and I'll race ya to the finish line!!! :-)

I agree that you probably aren't getting enough water. The more fiber you eat, the more water you need. Otherwise...rabbit poops. :-)

I started C to 5K and I have trouble breathing, so I just start by doing half the day and then repeat until i get strong enough to finish it. Just remember, its about getting healthier and stronger!!! Its fun! I found the app on my Ipod!
