I used to own a small gym and I never tolerated that behavior. She really needs to go speak to the management of the gym. There are rules of etiquette in all gyms and everyone needs to be aware of them and follow them. Management doesn't want to lose customers!!!

I have the same issue as you, fall asleep in a blink, but cant remain sleeping! My doc prescribed Zopiclone (Imovane) I havent tried it yet, and she wasnt convinced it would work to keep me asleep. If you find something that works for you, please let us know!

I guess it depends on what you set your mind to. You can budget your calories and fit in a 600 cal sandwich! Its your choice. IMHO I think there are better ways to spend 600 cals. thats almost half my food for the day! Its all in the way you look at it!

I would try the vinegar in your daily rinse. Its an acid and acids will kill bacteria and bacteria is what causes the odors! Sounds like its worthwhile trying! LOL... keep us posted!

I eat what I want also. However, I am more aware of the calories, carb and fat content now. I make better choices. I most certainly have a treat when I want it and never consider it cheating... life is way too short and I cant possibly be that disciplined for the rest of my life.
