I've been vegan for just under 20 years. It really works for me. I feel crazy good. Everyone is different though. At first it was really hard to figure out how to eat nutritiously. If you're currently doing a macros-based diet that will help a lot. Be sure to get the relevant information about vitamin B12, and good luck!!

I'm on for the 30-day challenge, which isn't really a challenge for me because I've been vegan for a long long time, and gluten free for a year or so (whenever I eat gluten, my digestive system freaks out, so I just stopped eating it, and everything is much better :). Three cheers for vegetables!

I've been vegan for 12 years, and vegetarian for 20 (when did I get so old?). When I first became vegan, I lost 30 lbs! Mostly because I didn't know how to cook :). Good luck with your vegan journey! Let me know if you have any specific questions.
