Go to www.tickerfactory.com for a mileage ticker... Got in a couple of walks and a 15 mile bike ride. Almost there. What a great motivation!

Whew! Hadn't updated my ticker in a week, so I thought I would bicycle 18 miles before I added my two other walks. Up to 56 mi now! Woohoo. I will make it. We all will make it!

Walking is awesome exercise! You can burn more calories per minute walking with the family than riding, but the miles accumulate much slower. I love to walk, but I rode another 8.9 miles today with my 9yr old son. We can do this! DowdyDog

I am mostly walking, but I rode 8.7 miles today with my son. Gotta get another 3 miles in to make it 1/4 of the way there. Go Rocktober!

Sounds like a challenge, but I will only be walking or bicycling. I loathe running (unless someone's chasing me!). I am in.
