It's almost like the weight is a blanket that you hide under. I'm starting to notice the same thing. I want to keep losing but I'm starting to feel uncomfortable about losing more weight.

The main thing is that you need a lifestyle. If you can keep up this pace then you should be okay. If it's not realistic and you stop then you would probably gain some weight back over time.

Are you working out? try adding more activity and it should make you hungrier. In the long term eating too few calories is gonna hurt you over all.
