Another question I would love to know… am I supposed to eat back my workout calories if I am trying to loose weight…. I have seen a lot of different things on this… what are your thoughts?

you can search the internet for workouts just using your body weight and that is all you need. i workout just at home. add me if you like.

it's amazing what you can do with your own body weight ... do a google search and a ton of exercises will pop up for you
