as long as you don't feel like you are over doing it then go for it…. listen to your body, it will tell you. when i was doing T25 i got to where i needed more. but know that i am doing insanity i feel it's enough for me for now. i hope to get better and better but it definitely takes a lot out of me plus i have 4 kiddos…

I just started insanity and so glad I did. I did T25 and I love it. It is very fast for a mom of 4 that doesn't have a ton of time. DominiqueRobi. They both have their place I feel. T25 is much faster but if u give ur all u get a great workout. Insanity is like nothing I have ever done and is definitely more intense and makes me sweat more but I like them both.

YES YES and YES lol. I did T25 but haven't worked out in a few weeks. but this is a different level. I am on day 5 and starting to feel better. still a bit sore but definitely better then it was.

I put on my sports bra to get myself prepped for a workout in a bit, and for the first time in I don't even know how long… I didn't feel gross. I never thought that day would come. I took my before pics and I was depressed for days. I am finally starting to LIKE my body.

The 30 day shred was the first program I ever started with and I never followed her diet. In fact I never follow the diet plans that come with the dvd's and I have a lot lol…. i get bored easily. I just try to eat as clean as I can and stick in my calories. And I do cheat now and again hehe. But when I do, I plan for it…

What I do find interesting is if I change from 1 pound a week to .5 pounds a week my calories go up…. I am not loosing a pound a week currently so I wonder if I should try to eat more calories.

I am worried about measurements as well. I am struggling in the core. I have 4 kids and that is why I am trying to log better. It seems to be hard for me to tighten the core no matter what I seem to do.

Thank you so much.. this is all helping… I love to get outside when it's nice. I live in Kansas so it has been windy, dusty, and cold haha. I will keep working on the food.
