Fit bit vs. Heart rate monitor with chest strap?
I am thinking of getting something to help me see what I am "actually" getting out of my workouts. I have a watch without strap but I don't feel that it is accurate. Any experience with these anyone? Recommendations?

Protein ?
Would having a protein shake after workout keep someone from losing weight? Me weight loss stalled and that is the only thing i am doing different. would it be better to have that as a meal and not a snack? not sure if i should have them occasionally or go back to everyday or just stop. any thoughts?

extra calories
I had a great day and great workouts today, but what do i do with my 884 extra calories? What would the healthy decision be? Do I just eat it away, or be happy with the extra? It's the end of the day and I may have a snack or something but I really don't think I can eat that many more calories. Help please
