My exercise has mostly consisted on incline walking so I first noticed it on my legs and back side. Now, it seems like its coming off a little bit all over which is exactly how i gained it. I can see a little bit in my face and neck but fell it all over. ^_^

Tried it once. Never again unless I am stranded on an Island where it never rains and Coconut water is the ONLY thing to drink. (Ok, an exaggeration but yes, it was unpleasant.)

Great reminder and Congrats!! You look like your younger sister now...lol. ^_^

I have NEVER been "thin". Even when I was an athlete year round in HS, I was still considered "plus size". I want to meet the true me. You will all laugh but I have always said that I could be a model if I was just thinner. Well that may not be 100% true, but I want the chance to find out. I am shooting for Mia Tyler-ish.…

Too much protein is not necessarily a bad thing. I wouldnt recommend it happen every day but you can really block up your system and potentially raise your bad cholesterol if it happens too often. I have heard taking one day a week as a "vegetarian" day can help out with that.

Well I they all say you need to have protein, veggies, fruits, and grains every day. The best way I have found to keep me on track is my using the MFP phone app because when I track my daily calories, especially when I scan the bar codes on the foods, it tracks my "nutritional" intake for the day. It tracks fats,…

#1: Don't spend what you don't have (no credit cards) and save at least 10% of your pay check every time. - Dad #2: Here, sign up for this **insert store name** charge card and we can get an extra 15% off. - Mom ....lol

I do. ^_^ I have a pair that calf length with lace at the bottom. I just wear a little bit longer of a shirt to help cover the rump a little.

I consider the hours between when I sleep my "day". So since you did all that before you went to sleep for the night, I would consider it the previous days exercise instead of breaking it up into two days.

Congrats!! Hope to be there in the next 6 months to a year myself. Keep up the hard work and devotion to your health!!! ^_^

Zumba is supper fun (even if you cant dance... i should know ^_^), Walking on a treadmill on an incline is great, and then maybe cycling...

Ditto.

Raw veggies and fruit should be easy. You can find bigger straws to help you out with stuff like oatmeal or non chunky reheated soups. You can also try wraps with the bottom folded in if you want some sort of sandwich.

My MFP phone app shows nutrient goals and updates when I add in my meals and snacks during the day.... It says the goal is 41grams per day.

Love handles are those things on your sides between your bra line and your panty line (also called a muffin top when its over your pant line or is part of the belly "tire" when you have it all the way around like me... for now ^_^). Google the term and look at pictures and thats exactly what you get. And yes there are…

But do you eat all of that apple? Isnt there some left over including the core. I would suggest cutting up the apple and getting rid of the excess. Also, make sure to zero out the scale after putting on your empty plate before adding the fruit. Try the same thing with the banana. The peel may be a bigger part of that then…

There was a potluck at work today and they had ALL of the food laid out on the desk right in front of me (chips, dips, soda, cakes, mini pizzas, a spicy chicken dip that I KNOW is just awesome, a fruit tray with that orange-cream cheese icing dip......) and I did not have any of the stuff I knew would throw me off my…

Oh and by the way, you look great. I would say the same as the others, maybe your are obsessing a little too much (although I am probably guilty of the same thing but I have allot more weight to shed then you right now). Eat smart, and find a fun workout/exercise routine. Maybe Zumba? Or Kickboxing on the days you feel…

I recently asked my doctor the same thing. She said that you cannot starve your body so you need to try to stick between eating 75-90% of your total daily allotted calories (net amount). You do have to consider when you eat those calories and what foods they come from. The best options is to make Breakfast your biggest…

This way there is not the excuse not to go cause you would have to drive some where, or cause its raining or cold or icy roads, or that you dont have any clean work out cloths and just your favorite old shirt with a hole or two.... Basically to get ride of the excuses.... and the cost per…

Well I am going to be a little bit of an odd ball on this one. I am 5'8 and my goal is 225-250. I know that is still considered over weight but I love my curves (minus the belly) and my husband loves them more. I just want to be healthier and feel more confident. Anyone ever watch the show Big Sexy?.... Yeah, that will be…

I am sorry to say that the only thing I know for shin splints is rest. If you keep pushing yourself, you could do permanent damage. It is a "overuse injury". This has some good info. http://www.active.com/running/Articles/Shin-Splints-101--Treatment-and-Prevention-Tips.htm Stay mentally tough and be smart about how you…
