I'm sure I'm not the first person to wonder this, but....is there a way to log calories burned during....*ahem*....intimate moments with one's significant other? *cough* Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?

    I have heard it is not that much to worry with......but you could get a heart rate monitor to know exactly

    If you really want to log it, wear a heart rate monitor and create your own exercise and log it as that.

I chose to be very careful in wording because the audience here is varied and I prefer to err on the side of caution and try not to offend anyone. On the flip side of that, I'm also comfortable telling someone they're being unnecessarily and mistakenly condescending.
