I have heard it is not that much to worry with......but you could get a heart rate monitor to know exactly0

*falling into a helpless case of the giggles while trying to picture my husband's face when I come to bed wearing nothing but a heart rate monitor*0
-
im sure you can google it but it would definetly vary with positions and such0
-
And you won't get banned. This gets asked every couple of days.0
-
If you really want to log it, wear a heart rate monitor and create your own exercise and log it as that.0

It's the jump in the heartrate when the other person's husband unexpectedly comes home - there's the burn!!0

It's called sex. S-E-X. It's ok to say the word and "gasp" even engage in the act with your spouse/significant other.0 -

I'm well aware of the word and am quite comfortable using it. I chose to be very careful in wording because the audience here is varied and I prefer to err on the side of caution and try not to offend anyone. On the flip side of that, I'm also comfortable telling someone they're being unnecessarily and mistakenly condescending.0 -

I only get "nasty" with someone who can take it. You obviously can. And I live at that level. I just try to behave in public. :-D0 -
