I am an introvert also. Although I am not horribly social, It is nice to log in and see others success and make it seem like its not an unobtainable goal to lose weight. I like when I get a "like" for things that are on my wall also it gives motivation!

Thanks for the support - I wasn't aware when I started how beach body worked - they have lots of fine print and very overpriced protein powder but the challenge group won me over

i will be finishing up my 21 day fix round #1 monday - its is a good plan for portion control and 30 min workouts but the shakeology is expensive that goes with the program you can chose against it and drink a normal protein powder and save 125 dollars a month

I am counting my macros and trying to maintain 45% protein 25% fat and 30% Carbs. this is lower carb for me. Im not 100% sure where the sugar cravings are coming from. I am proof that it is not calories. I am almost alawys under my calorie count and not losing weight. I find that I can eat high fat and lose weight as long as I do not eat carbs for it to switch to burning instead. If I eat high fat and high carb I get extra tubby fast; so n BLT's :-(
