I think it is because they are too lazy to put as much effort into their eating habits. It is easier to bad mouth what they don't understand :-)

I think 4 lbs is a good number to start cutting back. For myself if I don't catch it at that point I will continue to gain it back......I've been on this roller coaster before :drinker:

My only suggestion is Trail Mix is great but be careful to not over do on it. Dried fruit can have a high sugar content, defeating the purpose. Also, measure it out. It is really easy to eat more than you think you are eating.
