Now that you are at maintenance .... how many pounds of "Play" do you allow yourself before you say " Better nip this Now"! I realize the play is basically water weight....I've gone up 6 lbs overnight from one chinese dinner...but am thinking 4 lbs is about all I'm willing to tolerate! What are you comfortable with?

I weigh in once a month and if I'm more than 4lb over my 'favorite weight' I try and drop it and weigh weekly till its gone :-)0

Do you step on the scale every day? I still only weigh once a week, so I don't like to see more than 2-3 pounds change.0

6lbs on sodium is craaaaaaaazy. I reckon 7lbs max will be my limit, maybe less. 4 is a good number. Atleast u know its sodium though. Hope you get more responses! Zara xxx0

The 'top' of my range is currently 2 lbs over what my goal weight was, cause I was perfectly happy there! I've lost 8lbs since hitting my target though, so I may freak out a little earlier than that now! I'd say a 5lb range is pretty sensible.0

Thanks everyone....guess I will stick with a 4 or 5 lb swing... I will still weigh every week but judge things by the month!! I would like to get to a point where I am comfortable weighing 1 or 2 x a month!:flowerforyou:0

I think 4 lbs is a good number to start cutting back. For myself if I don't catch it at that point I will continue to gain it back......I've been on this roller coaster before :drinker:0
