I have been exercising and keeping my calorie intake in check for 1 week now...still no change in weight, but I am going to give it some time. Playing racquetball with my husband after work today.

We use to be able to do group fitness (zumba, yoga, step, etc) for free too but since we have a brand new wellness center we have to pay an annual $320 membership. I won't complain though I do enjoy the gym and racquetball courts.

I do with a group of co-workers 2-3 times a week. Today we played Racquetball for about 25-30 minutes. We are lucky we work at a University that has a brand new Recreation/Wellness center on campus.

I would like to join!! I am new to the site and not sure what I have to do to be apart of it lol. My current weight is 150, I think a realistic goal for me by Christmas would be 140 but I will shoot for 135. I will post body shots tomorrow.
