  • Thanks for all the info. Seems like it'll be kind of a trial and error until I figure out what is triggering everything for me. Dairy actually seems to be ok and so does bread. Pizza- definitely not. Anything Mexican- definitely not. For a while it seemed like it was EVERYTHING no matter what I ate. I think high fat is a…
  • Also additional info that may/may not be helpful to anyone feeling up for giving advice haha, I did look into the FODMAP diet, and was surprised by some of the things, I guess maybe I could try to follow a modified one? Apple seems to be something that is a safe all the time food for me, same with cottage cheese.…
  • I was just diagnosed with IBS which seems to be IBS-C. Diagnosed VERY recently as in YESTERDAY haha. Still not 100% that it's what's wrong with me. I'd be interested in other sufferers ideas as to what triggers you? Bread actually doesn't seem to trigger me, neither does dairy. I was diagnosed with this after 3 months of…
  • I think you just need to listen to your body and do what's best for you. As paulaviki said, Jillian suggests 5-6 days and 1 day of rest. I think if you need to only do 4 days, then that's still a lot better than nothing! Of course the more consistent you are, the quicker the results, but don't push yourself over the limit,…
  • True story, thanks for the input everyone...I will skip it!
  • Wow, that's fantastic...so inspirational!
  • AWESOME! Must have felt AMAZING :). I just started running myself...it's awesome seeing my endurance increase. Never thought I'd be running! Keep up the great work!
  • Thanks everyone! I appreciate the support! @Westhamgal, good for you! We've all had those days, but glad you're getting back on track!
  • Hey everyone, I'm sorry this is incredibly LATE, but THANK YOU For all the support. Took a little longer to hit goal weight #2, and that was yesterday! I'm really bad with checking back on my own posts, it never alerts me when people have replied!
  • must be such a great feeling! I'm almost there myself, 5.4 more lbs...SOON! cannot wait, so I can imagine just how excited you are!
  • Bump, I would also like some input on this!
  • AMAZING! So inspirational :) keep it up girl!
  • That IS frustrating, I hear you! Are you eating your calories every day? It's important to hit your target and not skimp. Also, are you drinking enough water? Those are my suggestions. I know this can be really frustrating, but remember that sometimes the scale doesn't move, but inches melt away and there are other…
  • I can't wait to have a day like that at a store. Must have felt great, and congrats on staying focused through the plateau!
  • Thanks everyone :)...it's a long journey! I'm glad I made my first goal, and I'm determined to keep it going! Thanks for the support :)
  • Sorry guys, the last one was supposed to be directed at someone, I'm not good at the posting stuff yet hahaha
  • hahahah that's VERY true! I don't want to deprive myself, but I just can't order an entire pizza and have the restraint just yet. Working on it!
  • Thank you everyone! The reason I dont' want to buy pizza from a place like Pizza Hut or something is because as of right now, I do not have the restraint to eat just ONE or two slices. I WILL eat like 4 or 5. The English muffin pizza recipe is great, thanks, I'll definitely be trying that! Skinnytaste.com and sparkpeople…
  • FANTASTIC!!! So inspiring :)
  • You look AWESOME! Inspiration to me because we're the same height and must have been around the same weight when we both started...I'm 8 lbs down, can't wait to hit 26! Like you, I never lose more than like 5-7 lbs when I've tried in the past. What a great feeling this must be for you, good job!!!
  • Amazing feeling! I'm almost at my first 10 and I can't wait! I've always given up at this point in previous attempts, so when I hit 10 lbs down I'm celebrating! (not with food of course hehe). Don't be nervous about the next 20, you've proven to yourself you CAN DO THIS! Go you!
