Ok, I KNOW this is a fad diet and not a longterm solution. However, my wedding dress just came in and I know I've gained like 10 lbs since I ordered it and am REALLY nervous it won't fit. I'm thinking about doing this over the weekend so when I go for my fitting I'm closer to what I was, and then continue with a healthier diet. I fell off the wagon for a couple of months, but have been back on track for the past week. Is this just completely stupid to do?

Yes, that is a terrible plan and I am sure you know it or you wouldn't be asking.
1. Wedding dress fittings allow material to be taken in or out.
2. A juice fast may make you lose weight initially but you will gain it back as soon as you eat normal food again.
You fell off the wagon and gained weight. Own it. You made a mistake and the only way to correct it is to be honest with yourself. Get back to it, start eating healthy foods in reasonable amounts, and get fitted for your true weight- the weight you actually are right now.0 -
True story, thanks for the input everyone...I will skip it!0
