I love this! It's all about how you feel. And I also saw how you put your Goal #1,2,3 and I also really like that! Instead of just a "lose weight" goal, it's something that you can measure! I decided to do that too :))))

Let's do this! I have a hard time cause I am at school or work all day and eat on-the-go.. anyone else have this problem?

I would definitely make a sandwich and bring it with you for post-gym munching! I know that I don't truly appreciate a peanut butter and jelly sandwich until after an exhausting day/workout!! And make sure to drink tons of water- you may be dehydrated! :)
