  • Maybe try a waist lead/ leash? If you google that (or Canicross) you may find the sort of thing you are looking for. Specifically designed for running with your dog. And Tosco looks gorgeous :o)
  • Here we go.... my measurements; Chest - 40 inches Waist - 32 inches Bellybutton - 37 inches Hips - 42 inches Right Thigh - 24.5 inches Left Thigh - 24.5 inches Right Arm (Upper) - 13 inches Left Arm (Upper) - 12.5 inches OK - I am ready to shred. Hope everyone else is too....
  • Count me in. The DVD has been sitting on my shelf for 2 weeks - need some motivation to get going! I will definitely take some starting measurements....
  • Not an expert, but you can loop an exercise band round your feet to support your core as you roll up. Then gradually rely on it less. It might be good if you are able to try a class in person where the teacher can help and "spot" you. But it works muscles you never knew you had if you do it right. Have fun!
