  • Thank you, that puts it into perspective.
  • I'm working on the soda. When I started MFP I was trying to fit in a 12oz soda a day. Since then I've started buying the smaller 7.5 oz to kill the craving and trying not to drink it everyday. But you're right, I'm wasting calories I could be eating instead.
  • I was thinking of not eating back all my exercise calories, but eating at only 1250 I feel so hungry. I use the calories burned that my treadmill and stationary bike tell me, MFP gives me a higher number, but I'm sure it's still probably not very accurate.
  • Tywana I'm about a week from the end of my cycle. I typically notice a gain a day or two before. I will be resuming my infertility treatments then so it will really be a struggle with the scale, this hormone injections make you pack on the water weight.
  • Ok my diary is open. Maybe I need to cut back on the cardio again. My husband is exercising with me and following MFP (well by default because he eats what I make him) but he gets so into it, he is pushing me to exercise every day, he tends to get extreme when he's trying to lose weight and be healthy. Maybe I need to go…
  • How do I open my diary? Thanks everyone for the advice. I could add some strength training. I have weights and resistance bands at home
  • Ore Ida makes sweet potato tots now. I don't know how healthy they are but I'm sure they arent horrible if they are baked.
  • They still make the kits, just not on cassette and VHS. I did this about 4 years ago. I lost 35lbs in 6 weeks (they guarantee 30lbs). It was incredibly hard to stick to. I gained the full 35lbs back plus 10lbs once I stopped following the diet strictly and tried to just maintain it.
