6 wk makeover?

Has anyone every tried the 6 week body makeover thing? I was helping my aunt move and she found it, it has never been used. I am wondering if the program really works.

    I don't know what it is I just got the kit and plan on starting it on Sunday.

    Well the kit is on vhs and casset tapes so it must be old..... lol

    They still make the kits, just not on cassette and VHS. I did this about 4 years ago. I lost 35lbs in 6 weeks (they guarantee 30lbs). It was incredibly hard to stick to. I gained the full 35lbs back plus 10lbs once I stopped following the diet strictly and tried to just maintain it.
