Thanks, that's what I've heard, and way just afraid upping them would make me gain quickly. my mfp i'm suppose to be eating 1540 and exercise calories, but I haven't been able to eat that much. I think I will try a slow approach to that number and see if it helps. Thanks again.

I usually workout daily but ill say moderate just in case I don't do much so if that's the case to lose weight I should be eating 1912 calories daily with exercise? When increasing my calories should I take that slowly? Or just do it?

I weigh everything that I eat if it's not labeled, I log every single thing I eat (good or bad). My hrm is a polar ft7 with chest strap. My tdee - 20% is below my bmr. Is that ok?

I wish I knew for sure. I want to get a dexa scan or get the bod pod thing done, but I can't find one anywhere. I do have a lot of muscle mass in some areas. Mainly legs If this helps any. I've been googling ang googling, and it's starting to drive me crazy lol. My bmr is 1760 My tdee is 2112, so minus 20% should be 1689. Which is below my bmr. All this stuff is confusing. It's easy to lose it pretty much by just a deficit until you get closer to the end. Thanks for the advice though.

Thank you, I just felt like I wasn't getting enough calories for my body in the long run. My bmr (depending on what site you look at is 1760 which would mean I would need atleast 12320 calories a week just to live. I'm eating less than that plus exercising is making that number even lower. That was my concern initially.…

Question for you, did you just order the size you knew you were or use their sizing guide? I am a 36 DD easily, yet using their guide it said 42C. These puppies won't fit into a c, and i'm scared 42 wouldn't be tight enough around the rib cage. Or is this how sports bra sizes work? I'm 44'' loosly around chest, and 36-37''…

Loose skin can take a while to catch up some have even reported 1-2 years. Don't be discouraged by that. Continue your weight training, and your body will keep changing. It doesn't happen quickly so don't get discouraged. You've done a geat job, and have accomplished so much!

If you decide to go on protein and taste after you finish the one you have I would suggest muscle pharm-banana cream. It's delicious and 24g protein, 130 cals. It works for me when I'm short macros.

I sometimes have problems hitting my protein macro along with my calories, and decided to add protein powder when needed. I use Muscle Pharm-banana cream, and it is delicious. By far the best one I've tasted, can be mixed with any liquid but I would suggest water or milk.

I will be doing Level 3 day 4 today, so close to being done with it. If you don't like walking pushups or planks better start liking them before you get to level 3. I promise it gets easier. I'm on day 3 of level 3 and I would love to be back on 1 or 2 rather than 3. I'm sure once this level is over it won't seem like it was that bad.

You may weigh something different, but that doesn't mean that the pounds you lost came back. If that makes any sense, and I think you can go to where you put your weight in daily and edit previous weights. I could be wrong on that, but I that's the only way I know. Good luck!
