I didn't read all the responses so this may have been said, but for me working out around the people that are in shape and healthy actually make me push myself harder so I don't look lazy. :) just saying... Good luck, and I don't think as many people judge us in the gym as our mind thinks they do.

I understand that one, and not just wasting, but my grandparents would think it was disgraceful not to eat the food. Like you thought it was bad or something.. But it's a habit that is hard to realize at first, and then hard to break.

If you're not going to do macros (counting carbs, protein, fat) then just add up your calories. If you're eating healthy foods you will be fine. Carbs, Fat, and protein are great for you if you're eating the healthier choices. I would suggest reading up on each macro just so you know how beneficial each one is though. And…

I read this article and didn't see anything about fat free cheese that would've been scary. I seen where it's talking about raw and pastureized cheese and the benefits, but I never said full fat cheese was bad at all. I only use the fat free when I want it to fit in my macros, and as long as I'm melting it, it works..

I'm not sure what the problem is with egg yolks either other than the cholesterol and fat (especially if you have problems with that already), but he only asked about egg whites. I know when I need a meal or snack full of protein but void the saturated fat is when I choose my egg whites. (Didn't read many prior posts)

What I find ironic is the fact that it's hotter where yall are than in Texas. Of course because Texas is usually pretty dang hot, especially in JULY. It's 88 here now, and that's dang good.

I think weight loss can change some curves. I use to be considered curvy, but after losing about 8'' off my butt. Not much of a curve there anymore. This was me about 35 lbs ago.

Maybe she is just curious to see where she stands when it comes to the different, body types, shapes, so and and so forth. I don't think it necessarily matters about the size of your bones either, but for someone like me to get down to 120 pounds is gonna look pretty stupid compared to someone who is a smaller frame.

You're def small framed compared to me. I find it interesting that some people don't agree in the difference sizes of peoples bones, and find "big boned" as an excuse. I'm 5'7 188 lbs and have a 7'' wrist. (umm to me that's a difference in bone size)

Normally I eat what I want as long as it fits into my calories for the day. I've just recently went lower carb higher protein because I'd like to see better results while working on toning, tightening, and muscle strength. So I'd say I lost 100 pounds not eating clean.

Boobs are mostly fat, so if you lose fat the odds are yes, but everyone loses fat in different areas first. So you may see that part shrinking last and decide you're happy where you're at, or that may go first.

Ok, I can def try that. Just to give you an idea on how i've been losing it's weird to me. 6/16-197.4 6/23-192.8 6/30-191.8 7/7-191.0 7/14-188.2 So technically in 4 weeks I lost 9.2 lbs which isn't bad. I'm just trying to figure out why I feel so week and dizzy, and scared that upping my calories is going to make me gain.

@ jzammetti So lets just say that I don't eat my calories back (not in those terms). I workout in the evenings usually and then it's too late to eat after. So if i know I'm going to burn between 3-500 calories (depending on day) and mfp says I need 1360 then that would be the same as eat 1660-1860 right?
