Although I could rattle off a list, I think we should avoid the self-loathing in which our society encourages us to indulge. What about indulging in pride and self-respect while we are getting healthy?

Mine, too. Good luck to us both. I already slipped at lunch, but that just means to choose better the rest of the day. Several people have one day a week that they can eat anything. So we'll see if I decide it's Saturday. ;-)
