My workout buddies and my friends on MFP help get me back on track anytime I'm about to fall off the wagon! All it takes to get started is to put on some comfy workout clothes and get moving!   • I LOVE Zumba. I've lost 30 lbs and doing Zumba has been a big part of that. I have Wii Zumba 1 and 2. You definitely get a great workout. I'm about to start the Zumba DVDs, too, for some different routines! I definitely recommend!
