Thank you all, my conclusion from all of your advice is to strength train first. It makes sense since I'd be a bit winded if I get into cardio before strength training.

I'm lost... My daily intake is 1200 (mfp calculated) in order to lose 1.6 lbs / week .... Now let's say I eat around 1500 & I burn 300 calories per day so that's 1800 calories that I would have to consume. Wouldn't I gain instead of losing every week? Well hey, i'm only writing the tips he gave. I'm not sure if it works because I never tried it. If it works for you then fine I personally wouldn't take the white bean extract, i'm just not a fan of pills I would rather try the dry pumpkin seeds
