I do like it but it is tough! I am very overweight so almost everything is challenging though.

Got over half my water in so far but went out to lunch today and feel horrible now. I feel sick to my stomach and can't even stomach the thought of eating dinner.

So I have eaten my healthy breakfast already. I am setting the goal of 50 oz of water today which is 10 more than yesterday. I am going out for lunch today so I will be making the best choices that I can.

Having been a kinda runner in the past I would definitely opt for a fitted running shoes. The shoes you use for running are super important. When I got my first pair that were fitted I couldn't believe the difference it made. Just my opinion.

I have struggled with my weight for years and it always easier to put it on then to take it off. I have a lot to lose but am taking it one day at a time. Just trying to make a few smarter choices here and there.

I just started the Body Beast program which is all weight lifting. I have a lot of weight to lose to I am planning on combining it with cardio (walking and running).
