Tuesday: 29 minnutes running/walking. Getting 360 minutes is looking pretty difficult but I will keep at it.

So I got in a 2 mile run this morning. When I set out I was going to do 2 miles...I felt so good I thought why not do 3! Well I realized that wasn't a good idea...all my muscles tightened up. So I strongly finished 2 miles! Maybe I will do 3 miles in a few days.

Also the police department should be very helpful. Tell them your plan and the route that you want to plan. Also contact your local EMS and have them plan to be there in case there are any emergencies. People are very willing to donate their time for a good cause. I am just finishing planning a 5K in our community for our annual fastival days. It took a lot of work and I did it mostly on my own. It honestly took about 2-3 months. Definately pick a date and time. Contacting a timing managment company to time the race and provide the bibs. Start searching for sponsors and donations.…

Calcium is super important. I unlike many people take in too much calcium. From some recent tests done at the doctor my calcium is higher than the average recommended level. I drink glass after glass of milk...yum.

I would say eatting healthier foods whether at a restaurant or home is the best choice. Just think of how foods are processed and what they are cooked in. I think about it this way - I could eat candy bars for my daily calories or lean mean, fruits, veggies, etc. The candy bars have no nutritional benefit for your body.…

So I did it! I ran 4 miles only walking one block. Which is simply amazing! I have never run this much with walking so little. I even did it in less than 47 minutes. I am so proud of myself!

I have been wanting to try zumba for a while but am nervous to go and try. I am 22 years old and don't have much coordination. Any information about attending zumba classes like what to expect would be great!

Well I did the 4 miles but did have to walk on and off. The heat was just too much for me. But I did it in 50:20! Which was great!

So I just woke up a little while ago and it is already starting to warm up. My plan is a 4 mile run today which I haven't done before. I know I can do 3 without stopping so wich me luck!!

I didn't run this morning but was able to do a workout dvd for my strength training. I am hoping to get a run in tonight after work.

I got up and did 3 miles this morning in 35:27. I am getting faster each time I run!!

I actually use the thomas bagel thins for my sandwiches! 110 calories for the plain variety.
